The harvesting is not allowed until the mother swallows fly away after 45 days, when the baby swallows are fully nurtured to ensure that the ecosphere is not destroyed.

The first picking is done by workers to remove the roots and black spots, then the second picking is done by skilled bird's nest pickers with years of experience to remove the finer bird's nest hairs, and finally the third inspection is done under high magnification to ensure that there are no bird's nest hairs or impurities left.
We never compromise on the cleanliness of our bird's nests. After each piece of bird's nest is picked, it will be checked by the quality supervisor piece by piece to make sure that the cleanliness is up to standard. Those that are not up to standard will be cleaned up again by our master bird's nest picker to ensure that each piece of bird's nest is up to standard before proceeding to the next step, shaping and polishing.

The graded bird's nests are heat-treated and sterilized while retaining their nutritional content. The Chinese and Malaysian Academy of Inspection and Veterinary Services conducts random inspections of the bird's nests and the factory from time to time. Dried bird's nests are tested for acid, nitrite, mold and heavy metal content at the factory before packaging. This ensures the quality of the bird's nest and its safety for consumption.
The heat-treated and sterilized bird's nests are sent to the packaging room, shrink-wrapped and placed in different size boxes. Each product is attached with a unified bird's nest traceability label from the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine to provide you with an open and transparent traceability throughout the whole process and to be responsible for each and every consumer. Consumers can check the information of bird's nest products through China's bird's nest regulatory and traceability management service platform, and conduct authenticity inquiries to ensure safety.
Before the products are launched into the market, we also conduct engineering tests to confirm the packaging's ability to withstand normal conditions, and then conduct visual tests to ensure the clarity of each product's back label and external label font and color.
After passing the test, the complete packaged products are put into large boxes, sealed and wrapped, and then transported by transport trucks to the cargo airport and finally by air to countries around the world.
